About Naomi
Naomi Charles was born, raised, and still resides in Brooklyn, New York. She is the child of immigrants and her parents are of Antiguan, Guyanese, and Grenadian decent. Ever since she was young, she had a love for reading and writing. She pursued bachelors and master degrees in Speech-Language Pathology at St. John’s University.
Her debut novel, Focus, started as a screenplay for a senior project in college. It later was published in 2020 as a beginning of a series. In 2021, Naomi returned to the world of Nicole and the gang with Chill, the sequel to Focus that is told from the point of view of Noah Crawford. In 2022, Burn, the third book in the series was released. The next book in the series Play will be released in 2024.
